Removing our Club Prophet Legacy Credit Card Support

In our 3.104 version, the new credit card module, CCMv4, can be deployed; therefore, the Club Prophet’s credit card team will begin removing CC 3.4 (a.k.a. Legacy CCs). We have begun sunsetting Club Prophet’s legacy credit card module.

 

In Options of POSExpress in the credit card screen, the options available after 3.104 are as follows:

 

• Who does this affect? Clients that have been processing with us since before 2018 and were never migrated to the newer CCM3.6 or CCMv4 systems.

• Why? Old integration is no longer fully supported, nor is it PCI compliant.

• How? (...does this affect a customer?) Processing times may change, but it is far more secure and allows for a more unified experience in processing between online, local POS terminals, and CPS Air.

• When? ASAP. We need to get as many customers as possible in a position to migrate to the new ProphetPay payment platform ASAP.

Note: Effective immediately, Online Billing version 3.104 cannot use CCM 3.4; you must be updated to CCM 3.6 or use ProphetPay.

 

At a minimum, all customers must have a 3.6 database to migrate the credit card to version 3.104. We must update the customers on legacy builds that use CCM 3.4.
